About this car
The 2016 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 GTS Cabriolet delivers open-air driving in the refined 991 generation. Finished in Guards Red over Leather in Black, this convertible pairs a 3.8L H6 engine with an automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive. With 33,357 miles, it offers a balanced blend of daily usability and supercar capability.
The cabriolet body style enhances the 911 experience, allowing drivers to enjoy the flat-six soundtrack and responsive handling without a fixed roof. Its compact dimensions of 179.3 inches long, 79.7 inches wide, and 50.9 inches tall maintain the classic proportions while providing four standard seats.
Premium unleaded fuel powers the naturally aspirated H6, delivering 20 city and 26 highway mpg in a package built for both spirited road use and relaxed cruising.

Factory color
Guards Red
Guards Red is one of Porsche's most recognizable colors: a rich, solid red with a minimal hint of orange and a special luminosity that makes a bold statement on any 911. Originally known as India Red, it has been offered as a standard 911 color since the 1970s. Earlier cars, including mid-1980s 911s, carried it under code 027, and it later appeared under codes 80K and 84A on models including the 964, 993 and 996 into the early 2000s.

The Porsche 911 Carrera 4 GTS Cabriolet (991.1) was the open-top, all-wheel-drive GTS of the first 991 generation, produced from 2014 to 2016. Power came from the 3.8-liter naturally aspirated flat-six (430 hp) with a 7-speed manual or PDK. Cabriolet GTS volume is unpublished but was meaningfully lower than the coupe.
Collectors value it as a last-of-line naturally aspirated AWD GTS convertible. It is less track-focused than a GT3 and more usable than a Turbo S cabriolet, which is why clean, optioned examples have held value better than standard Carrera 4S Cabriolets.
