These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of exoticsgroup.com and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Exotics Group, LLC (“Exotics Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. This is not legal advice.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You may submit content (e.g., listings, messages, images). You retain your rights in your content. By submitting content, you grant Exotics Group a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the Services. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

4. Leads, Data Sharing & Privacy

We may generate, collect, and share lead information and engagement metrics with sponsors, partners, and customers, as described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that lead data you submit (e.g., name, address, email, phone, Instagram handle) may be shared consistent with our policy and applicable law. 5. Payments & Third-Party Services

If payments or commerce features are offered (e.g., via Square), you agree to comply with the applicable third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or sites linked from the Services.

6. Text Messaging (SMS) Program

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Exotics Group related to account verification, security, team invitations, company updates, event notifications, and other service-related communications.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The Services, including all trademarks, logos, and content provided by Exotics Group, are owned by Exotics Group or its licensors and protected by law. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXOTICS GROUP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Exotics Group and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you will end immediately.

12. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Washington State for any disputes not subject to arbitration (if applicable).

13. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, either party may pursue permissible claims in court unless we mutually agree to arbitration.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
