About this car
The Ferrari 360 Modena, produced from 1999 to 2005, is a mid-engine, two-seater sports car that marked Ferrari's entry into the new millennium. Approximately 8,800 units of the Modena variant were built, making it relatively common among Ferrari models of its era, though still sought after by collectors for its design and performance. It features a 3.6-liter V8 engine, delivering 400 horsepower at 8,500 RPM and 275 lb-ft of torque, paired with either a 6-speed manual or an F1-style electrohydraulic paddle-shift transmission.
Performance highlights include a 0-60 mph time of around 4.5 seconds and a top speed of 183 mph. The 360 Modena introduced Ferrari’s first all-aluminum space-frame chassis, reducing weight and improving rigidity. For collectors, the manual transmission models are rarer and often more valued, with prices for well-maintained examples trending upward, typically ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 as of recent market data. The Challenge Stradale, a limited-edition, track-focused variant produced from 2003 to 2004 (about 1,288 units), is particularly prized for its enhanced performance and exclusivity, often commanding premiums over standard models.
