The Lamborghini Urus Performante, introduced in 2022, is a high-performance variant of the Urus, Lamborghini's first modern SUV. Production numbers are not officially disclosed, but estimates suggest a limited run compared to the standard Urus, with thousands of units produced annually to maintain exclusivity. It is powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine, delivering 657 horsepower and 627 lb-ft of torque, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. This enables a 0-60 mph sprint in just 3.3 seconds and a top speed of 190 mph, making it one of the fastest SUVs in its class.
For exotic car collectors, the Urus Performante stands out due to its blend of practicality and Lamborghini’s signature performance, alongside bespoke features like lightweight materials, a sportier suspension, and unique design elements such as a carbon-fiber hood. Its rarity is enhanced by limited production and optional Ad Personam customization. While exact value trends are speculative, early data indicates strong demand in the luxury SUV market, with resale values holding well above the base MSRP of approximately $260,000. Its historical significance lies in pushing the boundaries of SUV performance, cementing Lamborghini’s presence in this segment.
