All federal, state, and local laws must be followed. Reckless or illegal behavior, including speeding or unlawful vehicle operation, is strictly prohibited and may result in expulsion from the event.
Terms and Conditions
By registering for and participating in any rally hosted by Exotics Group, LLC, you agree to the following terms:
1. Hold Harmless Agreement
All participants, including drivers and passengers, agree to hold harmless and indemnify Exotics Group, LLC, its owners, employees, volunteers, and partners from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising from participation in the rally or any associated activities.

This is not a race or competitive event. No time-based challenges, street racing, or dangerous driving will be tolerated.
4. Age and Licensing Requirements
All participants, including passengers, must be 21 years of age or older. Drivers must hold a valid driver's license and carry proof of insurance at all times.
5. Vehicle and Safety Requirements
All vehicles must be road legal, properly maintained, insured, and registered. Organizers reserve the right to remove unsafe vehicles from the event.
6. Third-Party Vendors
The rally includes experiences provided by third-party vendors. Exotics Group, LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during these third-party activities. Separate waivers may be required.
7. Optional Risk Activities
Some optional activities may involve additional risk (e.g., water sports, firearm usage). By participating, you assume full responsibility and release Exotics Group, LLC from liability. You may be asked to sign additional waivers.
8. Media Release
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded. Exotics Group, LLC may use this content for marketing or promotional purposes without further approval or compensation.
9. Alcohol and Drug Policy
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Violators will be removed from the rally and may be reported to authorities.
10. Refund Policy
All fees are non-refundable.
